Complaints

Here at Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic we are committed to providing a high quality level of service and care to you and your pets. However, if you believe that things have gone wrong or we have failed to meet the standard of service you expect then please make us aware of your problem or concerns.

Explain the problem or concern to a member of staff as they may be able to resolve the matter for you with no delay.

If you are still not happy with the situation, then either email, write to or ask to see the Head Receptionist or Head Nurse.

If neither of these people have been able to resolve your complaint then you should bring the matter to the attention of the Practice Owner ( Mrs Helen Avison BVSc MRCVS) by writing to her at Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic, 15 Beaconsfield Rd, Weston-Super-Mare, BS23 1YE and enclosing full details of the nature of your complaint or concerns. Alternatively please email with full details to beaconsfieldmanagement@yahoo.com. We strive to resolve any problem that may arise in a professional and speedy nature. Please ask if you would like to arrange a face to face meeting with Mrs Avison to discuss and try to resolve your complaint.

We take complaints very seriously and hope we are able to resolve your concerns but in the event of your problem or concern remaining unresolved you will need to contact the regulatory body for Veterinary Surgeons in writing at:-
