If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. We will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings and weekends by calling our practice and following our answerphone instructions.
In case of an emergency that arises outside of normal working hours, please ring 01934 624608. You'll be directed to an answer phone message which gives you the telephone number of the duty vet you'll be able to contact.
All emergency patients are seen out of hours at Green Pastures Veterinary Centre where the duty vet may be from Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic. However, in most cases they will be from another local surgery.
To help as much as possible, please take any drugs that have been prescribed for your pet with you, when you attend for a consultation. After the treatment, all details will be directly sent to us so that we are able to keep your pet's records up to date.
